Actual Commercial Real Estate Investing Results - First Post!
Welcome to my blog about commercial real estate investing. This is my first entry. I did a ton of research on the web prior to investing in commercial real estate. What a disappointment. I was looking for information from actual developers that let me know what kind of problems I would encounter and what kind of real returns I could expect. To my surprise, I couldn’t find any information out there that gave me an insider’s view into the commercial real estate market. It was obviously a close knit society.
The purpose of this blog is to detail my real life experiences investing and developing commercial real estate. The intent is to provide actual financial results of my “deals”. I have bought and read too many books trying to learn this commercial real estate business. Many of them were worthless. See the sidebar for some recommendations for books that will actually teach you something and are worth the money.
