This blog has been created to fill a void. When I first started investing in commercial real estate, I could find plenty of generic information. The problem was that I could not find any information on specific issues and returns for actual development projects. The purpose of this blog is to document my actual experiences in investing in and developing commercial real estate. I would hope that my experiences provide many lessons to the new investor and make them some money.
